30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For the health and safety of all pets, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- πΎ Pet food, treats, and edible products (e.g., catnip-stuffed toys with consumable filling)
- π§Έ Plush and catnip toys that have been opened or used
- π§΄ Lick mats and slow feeders that have been used (e.g., Dog Lick Mat Slow Feeder)
- πΎ Ball sets and multi-pack toys where packaging has been opened (e.g., Tennis Ball Toy Set, Crinkle Foil Ball Set)
Returnable Items
Returns may be requested if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at our contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
- Once approved, we'll provide return shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days and will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
